Sun & Shade is an AGWAY Value mixture of quick-covering perennial ryegrass which grows well with fine-textured fescues that thrive in part or full shade.This mixture is durable and adaptable.

It blends with existing turf grasses in a lawn area well. Is tolerant to medium traffic and requires medium to low maintenance. One 10lb bag seeds & 2,160 sq.ft. for new lawns and 4,320 sq.ft. for overseeding.
